Harper Shaw Investigation Consultants Ltd reserves the right to amend course dates, venues or delivery format where necessary. In the event of cancellation by Harper Shaw, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a refund of fees paid. Liability is limited to the course fee only.
Recording and Intellectual Property
Course sessions, including webinars and live online delivery, must not be recorded, photographed, copied or reproduced without prior written permission. Screen capture, audio recording and distribution of course content is prohibited. Training may include discussion of real case scenarios, investigative techniques and sensitive technical processes. Case examples are presented for educational purposes and anonymised where appropriate. Delegates must treat all course content as confidential and must not disclose, share or publish material discussed during training without prior written permission. Delegates remain responsible for complying with their own organisational policies regarding sensitive information.
